I actually prefer the rendering of the face in this work to the faces in the shoulder-up portrait studies of yours, maybe because the brightest values are focused in the chest so that the range is more limited in the face area? in any case, thumbs up.

Lovely texture and tone and shape and form and so on and son on. That's a great illustration, the hands are kinda weird, but in a way that makes it look like the weirdness is part of the piece. Sick

Addendum: The hands are less weird than I thought, and the pose is great, especially in conjunction with the silhouette from behind
